Information we may collect from you
We will collect information from you through our online contact form, over the phone when you call, and when you send emails and other forms of messaging. If you are traveling with other people, you must ensure that they understand how their information will be used and that they have given their permission for you to share it with us.
Through discussion of your travel plans with Top The Fjords, we may collect the following personally information in order to communicate with you; 1) first name, 2) last name, 3) e-mail address, and 4) phone number 5) Date of Birth.
What we do with your information
We require some personal information in order to fulfill our contractual agreement with all of our travelers. The information we collect is the minimum amount necessary in order to prepare a the travel itinerary, accommodation and/or other tour reservations on your behalf. Your information will be stored for internal record keeping purposes on our secure servers for a period of tree years. We will further use your information to help us improve our services.
3rd party disclosure of your information
Top The Fjords does not rent, sell or share the personal information we hold with any 3rd party organizations for the purposes of marketing products or services. Your data is never given to advertisers. It is only necessary for Top The Fjords to share your information with our contractors, service providers and suppliers in order to fulfill our business obligations as a tour operator, as outlined above.
