As you depart from the bustling Fish Market, a landmark steeped in over a thousand years of history, you’ll begin to explore one of the world’s richest “pantries.” Alf and the crew share insights into Bergen’s seafaring traditions, its thriving marine life, and the history of its exceptional seafood – ingredients that now grace Michelin-starred tables across Europe.

After a scenic journey, you’ll drop anchor in a secluded bay. Here, Alf presents a feast of local flavors: freshly caught crab, lobster, oysters, sea urchins, scallops, and more.
